Graphite, ink, oil pastel on toned paper. This artwork represents the feeling of being "trapped" inside of the digital world and social media expectations. I used white ink to create strong textures that appear to be suffocating the subject. The blue oil pastel symbolizes the reflection of blue light from viewing a phone or computer screen.
